The sunset views from the upgraded oceanfront balcony were breathtaking. The hotel staff, especially Paola, made us feel at home with their warmth.

We had a fantastic family getaway! The two swimming pools were great for the kids, while the beachfront provided the perfect spot for relaxation. We loved the international cuisine at the restaurant and the vibrant atmosphere made it enjoyable for all, including the couples in our group.

In my wife’s opinion, a bigger kids' activities schedule would have been helpful.

I really loved the peaceful vibe of the beautiful gardens and the fantastic beach club access, where I enjoyed relaxing in the sun. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a day of lounging on the beach. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty in the rooms, but everything else more than made up for it—definitely check out the breakfast omelets! 🌴

I absolutely loved the serene beachfront access! Waking up to stunning ocean views from my Queen Room Sea View was a dream. The peaceful garden area was perfect for leisurely strolls and soaking up the sun.

I truly enjoyed the beautiful decor and immaculate gardens that provided serene views, allowing for leisurely strolls. The property is very accessible for seniors, with shuttles available to the beach and various amenities within easy reach.

More shaded seating areas near pools are needed.

More fun than I expected!

What a delightful surprise! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and always attentive. The beach was breathtaking, with stunning sunsets every evening. The pools were rarely crowded, offering tranquility. While the food could improve, the local dining options nearby were plentiful and tasty. A perfect blend of relaxation and adventure awaits here!

The renovated room offered a stunning ocean view and was impeccably clean. The staff showcased remarkable friendliness and attentiveness, enhancing our stay. While the beach area was gorgeous, with soft sand and palm trees, the on-site dining experience varied. some meals were exceptional, while others fell flat. The vibrant local mercado and the nearby Brown Sugar café, with its excellent coffee, were highlights.

We had an amazing time with friends! The beach club was perfect, with minimal crowds and a fun atmosphere. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurants nearby and loved the peaceful vibe—definitely not your typical all-inclusive. The weather was fantastic and the ocean activities like snorkeling were exciting! Flor and Fabiola were fantastic waitstaff, making our experience even better.

We were disappointed with the initial room assignment, receiving a bottom floor room despite paying for an ocean view balcony. Thankfully, they moved us the next day, but it started our trip on a frustrating note.

Stunning gardens, well-maintained pools provide a relaxing atmosphere, and the beach access is perfect for exploring the beautiful coastline.

Service at the buffet can be painfully slow during busy hours!!! Public bathrooms were below standard and really need an upgrade!!! More shaded seating around pools would also enhance the experience!!!
